A comprehensive Magnet Program that focuses on students acquiring, extending their knowledge, and developing their potential for lifelong amateur or professional endeavors in several magnet programs. This magnet school with rigorous and relevant instruction houses approximately 1,050 middle school students with diverse cultural backgrounds. At Sudbrook Magnet Middle School, students can explore interests in 4 Magnet programs: Earth and Environmental Science, Performing Arts (Band, Chorus, Strings, Theater, Dance), Visual Arts, and World Languages (Spanish, French, Japanese). Although the magnet programs are a focus, SMMS takes pride in a strong core-curriculum foundation. SMMS students enjoy team sports, and over 25 extra-curricular activities, as well as travel opportunities for additional knowledge in specific areas of study.

Northwest Academy of Health Sciences magnet program offers an innovative and unique approach to exposing middle school students to science and medicine. In partnership with the community hospital and a nearby high school, the curriculum allows students hands on, interactive experiences in the classroom and at the hospital, alongside dedicated healthcare professionals.
